A new chapter of mine has just been published in this new book edited by Nick Diak. My chapter focuses on the differences between the original Norse Eddas and their recent adaptations.

The New Anthology from Beautiful Dragons - 'Noble Dissent' is out now, with my poem about Hesba Stretton nestled inside its aesthetically pleasing cover pages.

As always with BD Collaborations, it's a gorgeous artifact and I'm super proud to have my work placed alongside some truly wonderful writers.

The Calder Valley Codex is now officially sold out - as tweeted by the publisher yesterday, but you will always be able to pick up a copy from Calderdale Libraries (as long as we keep those wonderful places open). Some of the Codex poems will also appear in my new collection out this year from Calder Valley Poetry.

There are too many wonderful writers in here to list them all, but I'm thoroughly proud to see my poem 'We Started at the Severn' rubbing shoulders with work from Carole Bromley, Oz Hardwick, Wendy Pratt, and a whole host of other talented poets.

The new documentary about Branwell Bronte, A Humble Station, which features interviews with some of the areas poets (plus me) will have its premiere on June 15th in Halifax.

In news of the otherworldly variety, after doing some work on H.P. Lovecraft recently, the fictional Miskatonic University of Arkham (yes, the one from Lovecraft's stories) has presented me with my overdue doctorate certificate - officially attained in 1898.

Super happy to report that my former colleague Dr Leanne Bibby and I will be presenting a panel at the Creative Histories Conference in Bristol this summer.

Looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting a bunch of creative thinkers and researchers (over cider probably).
